Title : Technical Recruitment Specialist
Location : Cape Town (Mowbray)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide an effective and efficient customer service to all Stakeholders
- Generate leads to grow Talent base relevant to current and future vacancies
- Network to build a strong database of skilled A Player candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes from the time an advert is placed to making an offer
- Conduct detailed, Top Grading pre-screening interviews
- Contact candidates, establish interest and interview for relevant positions within required timeframes
- Proactively map and identify suitable candidates in line with job specifications
- Provide weekly reporting on vacancy updates
- Achieve weekly and monthly set targets
- Prepare presentation of candidates to hiring managers
- Conduct and report on employee exit Interviews
- Partner with business to ensure scorecards are in place for all positions and new vacancies
- Develop Job specifications for all new roles from scorecards
- Ensure all new starter background and reference checks are conducted prior to placement
- Ensure all new vacancies are advertised internally, if applicable externally on job portals and company website
- Responsible for all recruitment administration
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
- Ensure adherence to legal compliance and HR Policies pertaining to recruitment and report on exceptions relating to recruitment legislation, policies, processes
- Daily management of the Recruitment Mailbox
- Professional processing of regrets for unsuccessful candidates
- Minimize risk by ensuring that all recruitment controls are in place
- Ensure that the necessary stakeholders are informed of all new starters/ terminations
- Guideline managers in terms of policies and assist staff in resolving recruitment related queries

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Human Resource/Talent qualification is advantageous
- 5 to 8 years’ recruitment industry experience with specific emphasis on IT positions at all levels
- Application and knowledge of sourcing tools (such as Career portals, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Proven track record of successful placements
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
