Human Resources Administrator (This is an EE Position)

The Human Resources Administrator guides and coordinates the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company. You will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.The Human Resources Administrator guides and coordinates the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  3. Liaising with the Talent Acquisition Department (TAD) regarding coordinating the recruitment and selection process
  4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  6. Nurture a positive working environment
  7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  8. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  9. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Performance and improvement systems;
  2. Organization development;
  3. Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
  4. Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
  5. Policy development and documentation;
  6. Employee relations;
  7. Compensation and benefits administration;
  8. Conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  9. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Competencies required

  1. Comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems.
  2. Understanding of payroll legislation and processes;
  3. Knowledge of relevant acts, regulations, policies and agreements relating to payroll administration.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Problem-solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills.
  6. Numerical ability and data entry skills.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. Project Management.
  9. Ability to work to deadlines.
